The house is smoothly divided into seven spaces, rather than rooms: entry area, bathroom, bedroom, hallway, den, kitchen, and living space. The bedroom and main living spaces are positioned away from the road, providing privacy and reducing noise. The interior walls, not ending at the ceiling, assist in air circulation and allow light to spread throughout the building.
