Models

Due to budget constaints with the One-O-Five Walnut Street project, computer modeling and rendering was minimally utilized. The models helped me to examine potential design flaws, evaluate window configurations, and were an important visual tool for the contractor. The city planning board appreciated the renderings because they conveyed my attempt to keep the building within city growth limits.

After the basic home design was established, I mostly focused my computer designing on structural details, wall and floor plans, and code compliance.
